What we have done is take the percentage of votes recorded and divided that into three groups as was done by the government in 2000.
Using this method and not the round up or down and not throwing out the percentage of Third Party votes it becomes apparent that the Citizens really don't have a clue and don't like anyone enough to give them 270 electoral votes.
That being said like Donald Rumsfeld stated no election do all the votes get counted it is enough that most people get to vote. It is just baseball unless you are losing!
